Join us on a city walk in the footsteps of the big city fire of 1888. The largest city fire in Swedish history. The author of the book "The spark" by Svenåke Boström, takes us on an exciting walk in the footsteps of the fire.
We follow the dramatic course of events through the city. The story is illustrated at each location with pictures from the days before and after the fire. The walk takes approximately one hour and 30 minutes. After the walk, each participant receives the book "Den tändande gnistan" (in Swedish) a richly illustrated book, with an appendix in English with main facts about the fire.
